A development program created for people who range from age 50 into their 70s
At this defining moment of your life, engage with like-minded peers to shape your next chapter using these powerful lessons about well-being.
People who range from age 50 into their 70s often experience one or more of the following changes:
- Suddenly having an empty nest
- Caring for our elderly parents
- Becoming a grandparent
- Loss of a spouse or other loved one
- And other similarly powerful experiences
Some of these changes are happily welcomed, others are not. Some are expected, others are not.
While our Road Maps for Life Transitions program is geared toward helping people of all ages, The Next Chapter in My Life shares similar lessons but is focused specifically on the experiences, emotions, and transitions unique to this time in our lives. Surrounded by others going through the same life transitions, you’ll come together to learn from the Harvard Study of Adult Development Research and design a path to building a more fulfilling next chapter.
This program is truly for those who have reached a clear inflection point in their life and would like to “hit pause,” take a breath, and redefine their future.
